Refund policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to meet RBI-aligned consumer transparency standards and card network dispute requirements.

By completing a transaction on Vastraa Verse (“Platform”), operated by Brasia Fabricsist Private Limited (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.


1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (DOWNLOADS, TEMPLATES, ETC.)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted or the download is initiated.

Refunds shall be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Verified technical failure preventing access

Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of purchase.


2. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Physical products may be returned within 7 days of delivery only if:

  • The item is damaged or defective
  • The item received is materially different from the description

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging

Approved refunds shall be processed within 7–10 working days after successful verification.


3. SUBSCRIPTIONS & RECURRING PAYMENTS

Subscription charges are billed on a recurring basis as selected at the time of purchase.

  • Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting customer support at least 48 hours prior to the next billing cycle
  • No refunds shall be issued for partially used subscription periods

4. PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

Users are encouraged to contact customer support before initiating a chargeback.

The Company reserves the right to submit:

  • Transaction records
  • Access logs
  • Delivery confirmations

to payment partners or issuing banks in case of disputes.
